First of all, I'll say these folks are probably not the least expensive out there. But you get what you pay for!   Jesus is smart, kind, and stands behind the business reputation 100%. He quoted us a gutter system and fascia repairs based on information from the roofer that turned out to be less than accurate, but when he had to change the gutter work he did not pass those likely considerable costs on to us.  He worked with us to find a solution when the original plan was not going to work due to the roofer's miscommunication.  He is not a 'sales guy' who shows up to quote the job and then we don't hear from him again until it's time to pay the bill, he's involved and interested in the project and we spoke several times in person, on the phone, and by text during the process. Before the roof went on, his crew came out and did a quick and tidy job of removing the old gutters from the house, and then the carpentry team showed up a day later to do repairs to the fascia in two areas; the work was seamless and perfect, you can't even tell where the repair begins and ends, it looks fantastic. Paint and wood was matched meticulously. Jesus and his crew were great at communicating when they planned to arrive and what they would be doing.  The gutters were finished today and they look fantastic; they even piped the runoff from one side into a rainwater collection container that my uncle had given us a year ago, so now it will finally be used!  The workers were respectful of our property and cleaned up the entire work site when they were done. Everything looks fantastic. We could not be happier. I won't recommend the roofer or even name them (the workers were amazing, the boss not so much), but I'm happy to spread the word far and wide that Xellent Gutter Solutions is a great company with integrity.

Xellent Gutter Solutions provides the magical, but rarely seen combination of great service, excellent product, and great price. I originally narrowed down gutter businesses by their customer reviews. Xellent Gutter Solutions had 5-star reviews on both Google and Yelp. I would soon learn why. We had old gutters on our home that needed to be replaced. Xellent Gutters promptly came out and provided a very reasonable estimate for the same size 5-inch gutters we had on our house. After considering my options further, I decided that, given the size of our house, I wanted to get a new bid for 6-inch gutters with the Leaf Blaster Pro gutter guards. I promptly received the new bid, which was also very reasonable and better than other businesses with 5 star reviews. I had several questions along the way and always received quick and informative answers. It was clear they cared about fully answering my questions. I always felt like I was a valued customer versus a nuisance for asking questions. They volunteered to come out again to my house with a sample of the 6-inch gutters in my color selection so we could make sure we were happy with that size and color. The owner, Jesus, personally came out to our house, got on the ladder to hold the sample to our house so we could make sure it was what we wanted. Jesus was wonderful. Helpful, funny, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I signed the contract on a Friday, and they were at our house for installation on the following Monday. They arrived right in the expected time window and sent a text message to announce their arrival in 45 minutes. The text let me know that there would be 4 workers on my installation team: Carlos, Nelson, Emerson, and Jesus. It was an extremely hot day, but they worked efficiently and quickly to install approximately 350 feet of gutters, downspouts, and splash guards. The work was completed in less than 6 hours from their arrival time. The new gutters and downspouts looked great. My yard was left completely clean with no sign that dirty old gutters had been recently removed. The owner, Jesus, and Marlene were standouts in customer service, and the installers were knowledgeable, efficient, and hard-working. Business done right with them Would you believe if I told you if folks at xcellent gutter solutions provided a quote, brought in the materials and completed a multi story single family home gutter project in under 16 hours all put together? Yes, you read that right. Great part is, it was done at what I believe is a fair price, one could also argue it is a great price. Folks at xcellent gutter solutions have the training I believe to showcase "Customer is King". Oh man, this is one of the handful of businesses I have worked with in my life where I had an absolute pleasure to work with. Quote was provided by Steve Konz who took his time to plan a stunning solution and then did everything to make sure he left with a deal that day. I could tell he wanted to close the deal and was happy to do what it takes to get there. There is a fine line, on one side great sales folks are eager to serve you and showcase confidence with honesty and integrity; on the other side you will find plenty of sales folks who are not genuinely concerned about the customer when they know in their soul they are ripping them off. Steve is the former. Great job closing the deal. Emerson, Nelson and Carlos were the men that worked on my house. They arrived on time, were very methodical with their work, most importantly cleaned up the area after the job was done. Also, I had security cameras in the way of my gutter path, which they were able to relocate and readjust accordingly FREE OF COST with ZERO FUSS. At the end of the job, they confirmed with my if I was satisfied, and oh boy; they did a brilliant job! I am no gutter expert, but the planning and the craftsmanship, NO SHORTCUTS, all quality work! Jesus (the owner) and Marlene (in-office coordinator) are Prompt, have professional communication, competitive pricing, and top notch work from crews that are meticulous about the job and respect the client's property.  Miguel and his crew in particular are a delight to work with! Our house came with gutters on the front and back but not on the sides. After every heavy rain, it would cause the soil on the sides to be washed away, causing deep trenches near the foundation which made us nervous. Called Xellent, and Jesus was easy to deal with and scheduled us right away. The crew came on time, in spite of a flat tire (!), and worked quickly and efficiently when they were here. Jesus even explained how he had added "K-style" miter boxes to prevent the water from overflowing. Overall, they did an excellent job. This was two years ago! :) But every time we've had heavy rain since then, I've been thankful that I called Exellent. And today I decided I should write a review :). 10/10 I am so glad I went with this company over others. i had a few estimates from around the area gutter companies and xecellent not only beat them in terms of price, but efficiency with response time, job scheduling and professionalism. Jesus was so honest with what my house actually needed instead of what he probably Could've upsold me, and who doesn't want someone who's actually honest?
